Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The rooms have a crisp, fresh look and the air conditioning is perfect. Everywhere is very clean. Best bit - the rooftop bar reserved for residents. Stunning views and amazing cocktails. No complaints at all with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence. The rooftop bar is excellent and at peak hours is only available to guests of the hotel.

Disrespectful treatment and xenophobia My family booked this hotel to visit me in Firenze, where I live. The reception supervisor, called Cristina, couldn't find the booking even though we had payed and had a confirmation in hands. She said it was our fault to chose the wrong website and insulted us and shout making my mother cry. When Cristina finally called the agency, she spoke in Italian that some "stupid brazilians" were giving her problems.Fortunately we found another hotel and we are still waiting to be refunded. It is really sad that someone with that much prejudice represents the hotel.

Great hotel perfectly positioned in Firenze. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable - great place to start my honeymoon. Definitely check out the roof top bar overlooking the city and don't go for the breakfast deal - in contrast to he hotel itself the breakfast was very basic.

Amazing experience, their restaurant is amazing with their wines from the region a special delight. The main restaurant just like the whole property has very beautiful and scenic views. The rooms themselves are quite large and all of them are suits. I'll definitely come back here again

Very nice Spa high up above the lake. Can't beat the location ! Large pool area with wonderful views. Ideal for a romantic or relaxing long weekend getaway. Mind the rather long trip down to the lake though. Not ideal if you plan to explore the seashore on a daily basis. Two restaurants are both very good.

Perfect for relaxation but be warned the food and drink are very expensive. Location and views are breath taking. Rooms spacious and clean with very nice amenities.
